TBC Live Child Safety Policy
Effective Date: 01/04/25
Last Updated: 01/04/05
At TBC Live, we are committed to creating a safe and engaging platform for fans to connect, compete, and enjoy sports predictions in a non-gambling environment. While TBC Live is designed for users aged 17 years and older, we do not actively restrict younger players from accessing the platform. However, we do not promote our app or services to users under the age of 17 and take steps to ensure the safety and privacy of all users, regardless of age.

1. Intended Audience
TBC Live is built with a mature audience in mind—specifically those 17 years and older. Our content, community features, and tone are best suited for older teens and adults. We do not market or tailor our services to children under 17.
Younger users may access the app at their discretion, but we encourage parents or guardians to supervise use and review our safety features.

• No sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content is allowed.
• Chat features and live interactions are monitored and moderated at all times.
• Bullying, harassment, hate speech, and abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited and results in timeouts, bans and deleted access to TBC Live.
Moderation is enforced through both automated systems and human oversight.
